Susan Jung
Susan started her career as a health care provider at both University Hospital and London Health Sciences Center here in London. Following completion of a Masters in Business Administration, she made the decision to change careers, and has been working in the field of insolvency ever since. There is no doubt that Susan’s background as a health care provider has given her a unique ability to understand and truly care for her clients.
Norma Yau
Norma has been a licensed trustee for many years. She has worked for both large and small companies in the London area. Together with Joel and Susan, she works diligently to insure London and area residents receive the information and assistance they require in addressing their financial problems.
Joel Sandwith
Joel worked in the credit counseling field prior to joining Hoyes Michalos & Associates. Clients who meet with Joel find him to be a very kind, understanding and compassionate listener who is always eager to help.
